For Owner Occupier Loans

We are unable to lend against:

  • Apartments in buildings that are 7 stories or more and were completed within the last 10 years
  • Any apartment complex with more than 30 units in a suburb marked as High Density in our Locality Map

For Investment Loans

We are unable to lend against:

  • Apartments in buildings that are 7 stories or more
  • Any apartment in a suburb marked as High Density in our Locality Map
